capital one are really easy to get. Just type in any search engine and and loads will pop up.
capital one are easy to get just get the basic one 1k credit but if you pay off what your due on it for that month within 6 month i got mine up to 10k
If you are unemployed why do you want a bill you cant pay

If you are just wanting a card for the use of mastercard ,because i have a prepaid mastercard i use it online all you do is put the money in an account and what you have put in is all you can spend.

Capital one do a classic card for people with bad credit and the rate is quite high but if you get one and pay the minimum off on time each month your credit will sone become better then you can change

capital one do one, but the interest rate is shockingly high and the credit limit will probably be shockingly low, but if you pay it off every month you can rebuild your credit score
