How do you defend yourself from Chapter 7?

can you defend yourself from someone who has filed a chapter 7 but has not sent you any paperwork in regards to it and it has now been discharged

Answers:
sure is. ask for the atty name and see if you were listed. All listed parties get a chance to go to the meeting of creditors. If you were left off then you can sue for a judgment
Gather your paperwork and get to the bankruptcy court today. These things can be reopened and challeged if someone has been defrauded.
Yes. If someone filed chapter 7 on you and you were not notified you can reopen the bankruptcy and challenge it.

Get all of your paperwork together and go to the court where the bankruptcy was filed. The court clerk should be able to help you.
