Ability to memorize lines. Ability to deliver those lines in a manner that is believable for the situation being portrayed.
act of course. Passion, dedication. Pretty face is a plus.
A hot body, a cute face, charisma, a huge ego, etc.
The intelligence to be able to place a question in the correct category on yahoo answers.

If you can't do that correctly, how do you think you're going to be able to memorize your lines?
