Is there a service where I can combine rewards point from mulitple credit card programs?

Answer:
From Points.com:

Snaphot:

Let's say you're a member of two Reward Programs, one airline and one hotel. You're just a few thousand miles short of a free flight from your airline award program. By making a Swap of points from your accommodation program account, you can add the necessary miles into your airline award program account. Next thing you know, you're airborne! (Exchange rates are set by the Reward Programs, and those exchange rates can often vary, so check to see where you are getting the most value for your miles and points.)

Not sure if this what you are wanting. I have only been a member for less than a month so I do not have any person experience with doing a swap
I don't think so. Each of those cards has a deal with the companies that give the prizes. Those deals make the card unique. If you could use all of them in one place it would defeat the purpose of a special card.
