What's the average credit score?



Answers:
Mostly 640-675. The higher the score the better rate you will receive on a loan.
I think most people have around a 640. I'm a mortgage broker and pull credit all the time and most are right around 640-720. I've only had 1 person above a 810 and several under 620.

But I also have to consider the clientele I deal with. But that's what I've seen from my prospective.
