Can credit bureaus legally report my pre-18 addresses?

I noticed on all three credit reporting agencies that they have the addresses I lived at prior to my 18th birthday. Needless to say I find this a little disconcerting especially since I did not apply for any credit till after my 25th birthday...

Answers:
Yes the credit bureaus can report ALL of your known address, they don't go by you applying for credit, it goes by your social secuturity number
