None... They're all going to whack you with a insanely high interest rate. Not to mention the FEES that will have you going crazy. I would steer clear of credit cards though. Try a small loan or charge card to raise your credit first. If you insist, steer clear of American Express. They charge you a ridiculous annual fee. And I've heard through the grapevine that Capital One is not so great either. Many times, your local bank or credit union will offer credit cards. Try there first.
