I have an ebay account and im planning to register at paypal using a supplementary/supplemental credit card. Im only 16 yrs. old and im from Philippines, I deceive the DOB at registering at ebay coz you must be 18+ yrs old to have an account at ebay and 20+ to have your own credit card, Im planning to buy at ebay using paypal, if they ship the item here in the Philippines and deliver it to my house, do they question my age?
