I am wondering if you can recommend to me some one to remove negative marks off credit report?
Answers:
This would mean the creditor didn't report these payments to them. Unfortunately you have to be proactive on this. Contact the credit bureaus (Equifax, Transunion, Experian) they are online. Get your reports and a form is included to dispute anything negative. You need to submit proof to them that you paid these accounts in full and to immediately remove the negative mark. Don't waste your money on anyone doing this for you.
Usually defaults stay on your credit file for 5 years after they have been put on. If they stay any longer, you should contact the collections department of your creditor and get them to notify the credit agency that the money has been paid. They should then be able to remove it for you.
You could hire an attorney to write some letters to the Credit reporting agencies.
Other than that, only you can get your credit cleaned up. No one else can do it for you. Write to them using certified mail and then phone them to follow up. Explain the errors and prove it with documentation.
It could take a few months. Start now.

Unfortunately, it can take up to 10 years for things to "fall off" your credit report. It all depends on what type of "ding" is showing. If you are trying to get credit somewhere, and this negative mark is slowing you up, just get a general letter from the creditor showing that you have paid in full, and take a copy with you when you apply for any credit. I know, it's a pain, but it speeds the process. Good luck!
The three credit agencies are:
Equifax; 1-800-997-2493
Experian (formally TRW):1-888-397-3742
Trans Union: 1-800-888-4213
me nycitychef@yahoo.com ill teach you to do it yourself

Email me at mmtrevor@aol.com and I'll send you over everything you need to fix up that credit (free of charge)
Remember never pay someone to do something you can do your self because honestly Who's going to work harder for you than you!
The only one that can remove something from your report is the bureau them selves. They create it. Credit reports usually run 5-7 years. The only time something will be removed is when it can be proven to be wrong.
