hi can anyone tell me about a online purchase that was on my bill and paid with my credit card can i get the name of the person or where it came from

ask your credit card company for details.
Your credit ard company knows. If you say you didn't do it, they'll investigate and you won't be liable when they figure out who did it.
unfortunately lots of hackers can get your credit card number. it happened to me. just call the credit card company and ask for the fraud department. they will take care of it and shut down your account number and send you a new card with a new number to use from now on. they will transfer your real balance to the new card.
