Can i get a credit card with out my parents consent?

I'm 16

Answer:
yep
no you are to young
no!
you can't even get one unless your parents get it and put you as an authorized user on it
no-you have no credit and are not legal.
you dont need a consent but would a lender give a credit card to a minor is the question
Sure can. Lie and send me $500 bucks and I will mail you a credit card. LOL
No source of income. Who's gonna pay for it?
Sorry, you have to be of legal age to sign a contract. That could be 18 or 21 depending upon the state you live in.
No. No company or bank for that matter is going to extend credit to a minor. They would not be able to legally recoup their loses if you did not pay your debt.
You can not get a credit card until you are 18. Don't be stupid and try. The legal hassles (jail) are not worth it.
no and I wouldnt advise stealing one either because you could go to jail for a felony for fraud. :)
No. You need to be 18, assuming you are in the USA.

You can get something that is LIKE a credit card, where you load cash onto the card and then use it anywhere you like, like online or at a restaurant. They are accepted everywhere credit cards are accepted.
Can you? Yes. Should you? Probably not.
Although I think technically a minor is not allowed to enter into a legally binding contract, I've heard of dogs getting credit cards so I don't think they're very discriminate. But you should probably wait until you get a little older because one bad credit card experience can screw up your credit history for a very very long time. Try opening up a savings account with a debit card instead.
Not only do you have to be 18 years of age, but you also have to make I believe at least $15,000 a year in order to qualify and have good credit. Save your money and pay cash for items you desire.
if you have your OWN money.yes..
No you can't. Credit Card companies will not make agreements with under age people because the contracts are voidable. They will insist that the cards are the parents responsibility.
if your parents will not consent to you having a credit card, maybe you are not ready for one. To have a credit card you probably will need a stable job to pay the bills
you actually have to be at least 18 to obtain a checking or savings. If your younger then 18 then you would need a guardian to sign on the savings, usually they won't let you get a checking whether you have a guardian or not if your under 18
No-you either have to have your parents as co-signers or you need to be the age of consent in your state and employed.
