My answer would reflect the first 2.they are correct
As a consumer you do have some control over the score, if you manage your credit responsibly. That means use credit cards only when you really have too, like in an emergency situation and make sure you pay them promptly and on time so that your score can be good. There is also a website where you can pull your credit for free once a year depending on your state. You also have the option to call the credit bureaus Equifax, Transunion and experian to request a credit report.

You have tons of control over your score. they dont just pull the number from nowhere. In order to raise your score you must pay your bills, have a few credit cards with low limits that you pay religiously among other things.
Anybody can access their score. YOu may request it by mail from one of the 3 agencies Equifax, Experian and Transunion. You may also access it online. I use mycreditkeeper.com which allows you to view your score once a month, as well as what is on your report. This way if their are discrepancies, you can get them fixed.
