And pretty much anyone can get one.
High interest rates though.
try your bank, most of them will give you an answer straight away.
if you need the cash right now, then how about one of those cheque cashing places that will hold off presenting until pay day.
or big tony, although the repayments (body parts) tend to be a bit of a pain.
