honestly. good luck with that one. if you have no bank account then that's really gonna hamper your position. you'll be hard pressed to find ANY lender to hand you a check for 85 hun with no (job?) or bank account.
but how about simply getting a restraining order against the guy? now if you say..i can't because my daughter is the problem..well guess what..if SHE VIOLATES THAT ORDER SHE ALSO GOES TO JAIL. so perhaps that would do the trick
how do i know this? my mother is a detective for the city of san jose, cal.
Tough situation!!... unfortunately, I don't really know what to tell you. I'm sure you want to move your daughter ASAP... with her dad?. I don't know what he's like, but if he lives reasonably far away and would be ok with your daughter (some dads aren't), that might be an option.
Are there any other family members that would be willing to help... let her stay with them till you find another more permanent situation?
Financially, I have friend who's going through the same thing- her husband isn't the best wth money, and so she's trying to help him develop some self dsicipline, and get them out of all the debt they have. Luckily, they don't have kids yet, but I can easily see how kids would make things harder for them.

Find the nearest woman's shelter and talk to them. The ADVICE they can give will help more than a loan. They may even be able to help you financially.
If you have bad credit, you pretty much SOL... You would need a bank account so they can make sure you have some type of responsible history..You pretty much can ditch the idea of gettin a loan, unless you get someone to help you under the table....next time try and keep your credit clean, and you wouldnt be in this type of mess
