Can you file bankruptcy (chapter 7) on judgement on medical bills in the state of Indiana?

Answers:
A bankruptcy is filed because you have no hope of paying your creditors. You can't just decide to file for the medical bills and keep your credit cards, etc. You "petition" the court and they decide whether you have a way to dig out or not. If your medical bills are $5,000 or so, consider getting a part time job. If you can pay $250 from this job for 20 months, you'll have them paid off. You feel better about yourself and as a bonus you won't have time to spend any of the money you are making.
dunno, i dont resident state of indiana. I haven't get any bankruptcy so far.
