May I refinance with no agent?

Ok, i´ll explain myself.. now my credit score is fair and I found a list of banks that according to my score offer to ´´lower´´ it to 8%, now is 19% =( .. what I dont know is if I have to be working in order to qualified for the new loan, hope someone can giveme a clue..thanXXX

Answer:
I'm not sure where agent fits in the picture, but if you are not working the only way you would qualify for any loan is if would be a joint account.

You would have to have a job to qualify for a loan in your name only. Unless you are on social security, pension etc. or you are rich.
I do not understand your story - I have never heard of a
19% APR mortgage. You should have refinanced a year or more ago. Currently - you should try for 71/2%APR fixed rate.
Try COUNTRYWIDE Mortgage.
