Has anyone ever had a discharged Chapter 13 bankruptcy removed from their file within just a few years.?
Answer:
not possible. it is a public record and it is VERY easy for the credit bureaus to validate that the record is correct. It can only be removed if it isnt yours or if you can prove someone else filed etc.
