I bought quite a few CD's from Amazon.com and I picked two day shipping. FedEx is delivering it. They were supposed to be delivered today. I tracked the package and it says they tried to deliver at 1:24, but no one was home. I was home and I didn't hear a thing. I checked the tracking info again and it said it sent it to another address. I called customer service and they have been helpful, but I don't know if they've actually done anything. I like UPS better. They delivered several packages to me on time and in excellent condition. If you're not home they just leave your package by the door. They did that just a few days ago with a package for my brother. Has anyone been in a similar situation and how did it turn out?

I had a similar situation, but only with UPS. I had a package delivered to the wrong address and didn't see it until a month later. I always thought fed-ex was a little better, but I guess it all depends on the individual who is working for the companies.
