Free markets are the most efficient allocators of capital, goods and services, and hence by definition are not 'predatory'. Very large corporations (whether multinational or not) inhibit the freedom of markets through monopolistic activities, which is why most countries have rules to govern those who dominate a market (anti-trust laws). Microsoft is a good example; all of us use Microsoft (else you wouldn't be on this web page) but their 'bundling' of services has been successfully attacked by the European Commission as a restraint of trade.
