Has anyone worked for J.J.Keller in Neenah, Wisconsin?

If so, is it a good company to work for. How difficult is it to get employed by them?

I don't work for them but I live just down the road a ways. Looks like a nice place and they are very active in community support type projects. The company is actually a little out in the country so very pleasant surroundings, nice grounds. I would imagine they would be ok to work for.
