it's a shame but yes, they are pretty mean at times.
This happens to everyone. We visited the area and they was nasty. Find a different route. Actually they was having a mouth battle with each other.
hey, lots of stress w/gas prices so high and groceries being expensive and all that general expense type stuff that is making most Americans a little bit more miserable these days - - well, add to that they are breathing alot more carbon dioxide than most and you and I would probably be irritable too.. plus the job can't be that much fun and then they go home and have unappreciative husbands and disrespectful kids - - let me know if I cross any solid yellow lines here - but ths is probably pretty close if I have to generalize..
Wow, never had anything but good experiences, but never bought my ez pass there. I got mine online and had it sent to me, and I do all my account management online (rather, my wife does).
I broke down at the Ft. McHenry toll plaza and had good service from the staff there. Maybe it is a case of them dealing better with a crisis or problem situation than a mundane task that makes their jobs harder since they do not do all that many cash transactions. Doesn't excuse it, but may explain it.
Of course, maybe you coming into the place, pulls them off yahoo answers..
