Is Target Stores manipulating wages of its employees ?

I don't know about Target but I worked at a grocery store for over 2 years and they did stuff like that. I seems every 2 months they were hiring new people and cutting employee hours. We were a part of a union and I guess the company was allowed to screw current employees out of hours and shifts by hiring un-needed people, who btw, usually got fired after a few weeks because they were crap. I'm guessing Target is allowed to do that whether you like it or not. Anything to save the company money is all they want.
