Home Depot Pay?

Does anyone know what an average salery/hourly pay rate for a store associate at the home depot would be? I am in Atlanta and am considering applying.

$17+ an hour would be a good answer... :)

Sorry, but Home Depot dosent pay that much anymore...$7. - $12 to start, the most money to be made by regular hourly associates is in the specialty departments (flooring, millwork, kitchens, contractor services). They do not work on commission, but they do have a quota to meet and so they get paid a little more. Kitchen designers get paid the most. Hope this helps!
Minimum wage is like 5.15? It varies from state to state the starting income...and your experience. If you have some previous experience in working at Home Depot or another store as such where your skills can be useful you can bargain more money...however...17 dollars an hour is a far cry what you will be making there considering in Alaska (one of the high paying states) you would get about $10 an hour.
I work at the home depot in Massachusetts, and starting pay for a cashier is 9.23 an hour. It depends on your experience, years, and what postition in what department. Good Luck
