There service is OK. If there is any charges on the parcel, such as taxes, make sure you pay the driver by check. If you pay by cash, make sure you ask for a receipt. It happened to me one time. There was sales taxes on the package. I paid the driver by cash but he did not give me a receipt. A month later, I received a bill from FedEx for the taxes.
