What is my legal right to pick up unpaid product from a corporation?

I have a customer that is seriously overdue on payment, and I would like to know how I can get my product back to resell.

Answers:
Unless your contract states that you can reposses the product, I don't think that you can. Especially if it is on their personal property.

It is the money you will need to go after. For this you will start the proceedings for a judgment and then a lien or attachment. There are several companies out there that do that sort of collection work if you do not have experience yourself.

Good luck.
