Companies listed in Singapore Stock Exchange cannot change its auditors for 2 yrs after listing? which rules?

Answers:
Are you sure? I've read the SGX listing manual from cover to cover and there is no mention of a two year moratorium on changing auditors.

Rule 712-718 cover the auditors rules.

The partner needs to be changed after 5 years.
The same auditor needs to be used for Singapore-based accounts
