What is with these companies moving their customer service off shore? America is becoming increasely service oriented, meaning we make nothing. The only thing we make is money to spend on services, services that don't offer any service! You see if everywhere, any store. Nobody cares and if that's not bad enough they usually end the encounter with a fake, "thank you." Back to Dell. My Dell has crapped out, the main drive or something like that cannot be found. I called India, I mean "Dell Customer Service" once and she did some things, really just wanted $39 or $49 bucks. She didn't fix anything! All she did was get some cash out of me! Let me get this straight Dell moves their C.S.C. to India to save money only to charge money to fix their piece of "S" I am still paying on - I have no idea why I decided to finance it either. So now come Monday (it will be all right. Come Monday...sorry Buffett song) I have to call A-hole back. I suspect they will want me to pack the thing up...

they are ripping people off i pay my bill on time mostly it seem like they add my payment to my balance making me owe more when i ask for the american coporate number they get mad and hang up
