I'm having problems contacting someone in upper management at sears, this a problem with my refrigerator.?

THIS REFRIGERATOR IS LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD,I'VE HAD TWO SERVICE CALLS,STILL NO HELP.

Answer:
Sears headquarters is in Chicago. The CEO's number is: 1-847-286-2500. We have called there. Good luck.

Start at the top, you get more action. When corporate gets on them, they will listen.

Our daughter has a newer refrigerator from Sears that has alot of problems, and they come out about 2 times a year to fix it. She has an extended warranty contract. Don't know why all the problems with their refrigerators.

We have bought many appliances from Sears for years, and never had all these problems.
why are you trying to contact upper management, they are only going to redirect you back to the service department. why not start at the bottom and rely on each level you encounter to direct you up the ladder if you are not getting satisfaction
Just return it.
I had a Sears product and encountered several problems with no help from service calls. I finally called and told them that I was sending the item back and going with someone else. Finally they sent someone out and it got fixed. Sometimes you have to threaten that you'll send something back to finally get some help. If still no help..send it back. I hate Sears and will never use them again
Good luck
