CUSTOMERS - same with any business, but for Smile, they are tageting a certain market segment, such as 15-19 year olds, and expanding into different segments
LOCAL COMMUNITY - some protested because of the noise caused by lorries at printing thier magazines, so they are intrested in the business also.
GOVERNMENT - they may be breaching age discrimination laws as they are only employing workers in a certain age group.
SHAREHOLDERS - Polar plc. is the main holder with 52% of the company, and considering they are the only shareholders that invested money, they are very important to keep happy, and this is done through Leah. Jeremy, Kate and Sam also needs to be considered.
COMPETITORS - there are many in the internet market as there are many small companies with internet magazines, so there may be less brand loyalty?
