I am applying for a job at an organic grosery store. I need help filling in acouple questions. I am 15.?
1) Why do you want to work for our company
2) Name 3 of your strenghts
3)Name 3 weeknesses
4)How can you improove our company?

Those are heavy questions for a fifteen year old to answer.
First, honey, not to be mean, but you have to spell grocery right. That may be important.
Question 1 - tell them why. Don't just say you need a job - tell them that you want to learn about organics and that you want to have a challenging job.
2. - No idea because I don't know you. If your room is clean, you are an organized person. Do you pay attention to details? Are you friendly and can you talk to strangers? Those are important things.
3. Again - no idea. Be honest here but don't get nuts. If you have trouble being patient sometimes, then say so. If you are not strong in math, say so.
4. Tell them that you hope that you are given an opportunity to see how you can improve their company. You may not be sure now, but you are open to suggestions.
Just a few ideas. Remember to dress nicely for your interview - don't show your tummy and don't wear open toed shoes - Be happy and look the person you talk to in the eye. At 15, your best bet is to just be friendly, happy, and confident.

One of your weaknesses is your spelling.
I hope that being able to spell is not a requirement for the position.
