You could try a pumice stone with soap and water - just be sure to rinse and moisturise your face after.
Oh - and don't forget to post a picture here later for us all to laugh at.

BTW, this question was posted in the wrong category.
Use nail polish remover, then you are going to have to buy like a deep pore scrub that will suck it out of your pores. Oh and be sure to stay away from black light that ** shows up.
