What will happen to the company if they didnt have equal opportunities how will it effect the organisation?



Answers:
They can be sued for damages either by the individual or by the EEOC, however it is very difficult to prove that equal opportunities don't exist in most areas. It almost requires a sting operation.

Most managers hire based on who they "like" and althoug human resources will function to try and manage that inherent "bias" of people perfering those more like themselves, it's only marginally effective.
