Yes, I would, if the have the proper EXPERIENCE to do the job. Otherwise, it would be the same roll of dice as someone who has an accounting degree from any other school. Real world experience is not the same as classroom. I have previously worked in Human Resources for 15 years and in my experience, accountants who learned ON THE JOB were better skilled than those who were educated in accounting, but managers were reluctant to promote them anyway.
