No they're not. If they were, there stock price wouldn't be $30 per share because the market would have figured it out and everyone would have been dumping the stock. Companies that are going out of business don't make money and don't have a market cap (worth) of $40,600,000,000. You might be thinking of the merger rumors with Microsoft, which currently are not happening.

yeah in september or october, whenever the end of the fiscal year is, they are going to have a big sale, EVERYTHING HAS GOT TO GO!
