big changes. because the franchiser can make big and drastic changes to the store but make sure you still have your job. and make sure if the changes will effect you,your work time,family or social life. but they can make great changes too that would be good for the store.
better chance of your promotion but the chances are too of that they will just concentrate on to put you in work for as many hours as possible,,,,,and too chances are of that you will have to see in future a cut of taxes from your income
