What is Human Resource administration system?

guidelines for develping HR administration system for midsize business.

Answers:
I would imagine it's the same as Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS). It's a database where all the employee related data is maintained including personal data (name, address, DOB, gender etc), Employment Data (hire date, promotion and pay increase date, rate of pay, termination date and reason). Some systems are more robust than others and may have your recruiting data (resume, education, previous employment), workers compensation claims, benefits elections (health, life insurance choices) and the most extravagant systems will also do payroll.
It is a way to impress you. They talk about rules and laws but ask them if they know what they are talking about... (smile)
