I work as a sales consultant for a document management company which does not have the best reputation amongst law firms here in DC. I have had a few interviews with a competitor and looks like I will have an offer soon. The base salary is about 13K more though I have spoken to a few people in the industry and either they have never herd of this company or have never used them before. I am concerned about going from one bad company to another. I have done my research on their website and it looks good but I am still not sure. Electronic data discovery is a BIG money maker in my industry, the company i represent now sucks, the company I may have an offer from did over a million last month. Any suggestions?

I think you should go
talk to the companies they work for, and google them for anything hidden
Be very sure . you sound like you have doubts .. I always go with my gut feeling . Do a more detailed search . :-) Do a yahoo or google search not of their website cause they won't put anything bad on their own :-)
