Is K Mart about to CLOSE the doors? Or are they going to re Merchandise/Revitalise the stores?..?

I have been watching and visiting the stores for years and they are now in the worst state any retail store can be in. hardly any stock, no depth of stock and few employes.

They own Sears I can't see them closing their doors unless they aren't making any money in your neighborhood.
