Can a company pay a salary to an individual and pay the bonus for that individual to that individuals s-corp?

Can an individual employee have an s-corp, and have his employer pay him his salary, and any bonuses be paid to the company named as the s-corp?

Answers:
no..the employer should be taxing the bonus and s corps dont pay taxes.the income or loss passes through to the officer(s)..if it did pay the money to the s-corp then it would have a hard time taking the expense as there would be no category for it and if it did anyway then the s-corp has to show it as income
