you need to fill in the appropriate form from Companies House. However before doing so make sure that all assets are remived formt eh companies ownership, as after the dissolution of the company the legal ownership of, for example property will revert to either the freehold owner or the crown.
Similarly make sure the bank accounts are emptied, make sure you have settled all bills.
it will probably make more sense to contact an accoutnant to make sure the company is wound up properly, you do not want the Revenue (and any other grasping leaches) chasing you for soemthing the company owes or has not done.
