I went through a walk way and fell and broke my leg, in Bank of Americas under ground parking area. I have called the bank, but they say I can not talk to their claims/legal department. Since Bank of America has remodeled pouring the floor two feet higher and enlarging the gate to the size of driveway. Well,no one elce should go through that much pain.
