I think they have plenty of competition. Target for one. I don't think Walmart's prices are that great. It's the one stop shopping that sometimes gets me to go there. But I think there are plenty of other businesses that have much more market share (in other areas of business).

Domestically, Wal*Mart is also exeperiencing sales performance issues in recent months...
In general, it seems that corporations are increasing their global power and that could lead to a new form of tyranny. The influx of cash from corporations into government is particularly worrying to me. Of course, if we as a people let it happen by being obsessed with materialism, then we'll get what we deserve. Unfortunately, those who aren't materialistic will get brought down too.
No they will not...silly. Hey why don't you shop at Target and pay more. I shop where I can save the most money for my family and if that's Wal-Mart then so be it.
