In IT, which skills got good demand and highly paid?

Answer:
DBMS (Database Managment Systems) skills are in high demand.

Basically, knowing Java, SQL, and PL/SQL very well are in high demand.

I wanted to add something else, strong managment skills are also highly desired. What companies are finding out that when they have good management (Project Managers) their projects that they take on are finished on time and are accurately completed. The big reason that computer jobs were outsourced was because projects were being started and never finished. Some projects were started and were completed late. It is very expensive to take on a big information system project and not finished it or complete it late. Completing a project late means employees get paid extra for doing extra work that was totally unnecessary. If they had done better planning of the system development lifecycle (SDLC), and had a excellent project manager making sure each iteration of the project is completed by a certain date, then the project would have been completed on time and with great accuracy. But because companies didn't do this, computer jobs were costing the company more money because they were spending too much time and money on letting computer programmers be the managers and the programmers, which made a big percentage of the projects not finished or totally useless.

I forgot to add one last thing, the pay. Everyone wants to be paid. For a very good database programmer, they typically make no less than $50,000-80,000 a year, depending on where you are. If you work for the company Oracle, you can expect an income of $60,000 starting pay. As you move up to more supervisor roles, you will move up to about $80,000 a year.

A small company might pay you $40,000 starting pay, as long as you have a degree and lots of experience (3+ years of experience).

Project Managers will make about $60,000-100,000, depending where you are. Most project managers now days have Master degrees. If you start out working for a small company, maybe you can work your way up to a project management position and after a few years of dealing with the newly acquired responsibilities, you can try applying to larger companies so you can get an even higher salary.
