An excellent oppurtunity. You can do it in different ways, depending on availability of infrastructure to you.
1. You can Import directly from the Companies, and sell at Dubai.
2. You can Import the products in to Special Economic Zone - duty free - and further in full or part Export to other nearby Countries.
3. You can have your own Repacking unit, after obtaining the Licence from the ,manufacturer, as per their specification, at SEZ. Further you can Export back to the Manufacturer, or to the Countries as directed by them, part you can retain for local sales.
As, I have visited Dubai recently, to my Principals plant, I saw the huge potential and Government backing and infrastructure provided by them at SEZ. You can approach even France based Perfume manufacturers to add. India, the biggest market is very near to you. Good luck.
