What are good competitions to hold between offices?

I work with a company that has several different offices around the US. We need to improve performence in many of these offices and thought that some type of competiton between two offices would help. Something along the lines of, If you reach quota yadda yadda yadda, or if you get 100% on your KPIs you yadda yadda yadda.
