They manage Human resources with fiscal incentives and that is supposed to achieve results. Often the results are poor and so human resources are reduced and a greater reliance is put on technological resources. Also human resources can be implemented on a global scale where fiscal considerations vary from country to country and continent to continent. Out that in your course and you;ll get good marks.
