Is there any law which states that the companies have to disclose their activities to shareholders in aust?

Answers:
Any corporation that has stockholders must disclose its financial activities to them.. It is normally done at the end of each year thru the companies year end report and financial statements. They do not have to allow a stockholder access to records or other documents. Unless the stockholder is a major one such as one who has 49% interest etc. any company that issues stocks to people who invest in the company must give full disclosure of the companies activities. They usually have a yearly stockholders meeting where this is done.
