I seriously doubt it. Nigeria is the main country that propagates financial fraud. They even joke about it and sing songs about the stupid people they steal from. If you look up ABC.com, on 20/20, John Stossel did an excellent report on the fraud coming from Nigeria. I would be VERY careful in ANY dealings with Nigeria.
If they are asking you for money or information, don't give it to them. Secure site or not. If you need to do business with a bank in Nigeria, go to your bank here in the USA and ask your bank to refer you to a legitimate Nigerian bank.
There is tons of finacial fraud that originates in Nigeria. Not worth the risk. If you received an email from a Nigerian source, get a good laugh and then delete it. It is scam spam.
