On average, anyone know how long a person should (rest) be out of work after having 2 mild strokes?
If our boss’ absence will be short term then we will wait for him to get back. However if it will be long term we need to see his superior. Everything is being hush hush about his health.
Any profession managers out there who can give a manufacturing department some good advice? Thanks
Answer:
If this new person is really causing the types of problems that you are saying you should really consider going to his superiors to make them aware of just how serious a problem it is. After all you may not know exactly how severe the after effects of the strokes might be and your old boss may be out for a considerable amount of time.
If you are having problems with this person. Go to your human resources office. If you are union, talk to your rep. Sometimes, giving responsibities to someone who is not management material, is really a test to find out. It doesn't help the workers, because we are the ones who suffers. I, know how you are feeling, because I have been there.
he got the job because he is a brown noser & backstabber
