I sent in the order and the $10 shipping fee for the Windows Vista upgrade that I was supposed to get with my Dell computer that I bought for Christmas. They even sent me an email confirmation after I placed the order. Shortly before the Vista order was shipped, we had to move to a new city. So I promptly updated my address with Dell on the Windows Vista order site. They still sent it to the wrong address! Now I'm trying to get them to send it to the correct address and DHL tells me that Dell has to be the ones to submit an address correction to them. Every time I call Dell, I get someone in Indian that's telling me I have to call another number..so I call that number and they tell me that I have to call the number I just got off the phone with! This has been going back and forth like 6 times now! Now the so called "supervisor" there in India is saying he can't show any record that I even ordered a Vista upgrade! What do I do with these people? It's driving me mad!

well say...can i speak to the manager and be like this is the worst service ive ever had! i moved so i changed my address but you guys STILL send it to the wrong adress. I want you to send my windows vista upgrade to (your adress). and dont call india call someone in america.
